2016 BMW M4 GTS revealed

BMW has unveiled the track-spec stripped out M4 - called the M4 GTS. It is more powerful and lighter than the standard M4. Also, it has a new water injection system which is a first in a production car. It helps the turbos in boosting. Highlights of the car are as follows:

- 3.0 liter twin-turbo straight-six

- 493 BHP and 600 Nm of torque

- Roughly 200 pounds weight reduction

- Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic has been used in the hood and driveshaft

- No rear seating

- Carbon Ceramic Brakes

- 19" front and 20" rear alloys

- 7 speed DCT transmission

- Interior is made of leather and Alcantara

- 1000 production units will be available
