Cadillac Launching Flagship Sedan

General Motors has confirmed its plans of making a new range-topping Cadillac to compete with the top German rivals BMW 7 Series and Mercedes S Class. The new rear-wheel-drive sedan will most likely be based on the Elmiraj touring coupe that was unveiled last year at Pebble Beach and was very well-received. The vehicle will use completely new designed materials and manufacturing techniques. GM has spent $384 million to develop this new car.
