XFR-S sport wagon unveiled before official launch

Mercedes has AMG, BMW has M, Audi has S/RS and Jaguar has R. Yes, if you’re looking for a performance-driven Jag then you need to look for the letter R and if you’re still not satisfied then get the R-S version of their models. These are the most powerful Jags produced focusing on hardcore performance. There are only 2 examples – XKR-S and XFR-S – and a third one joins them i.e. the XFR-S Sportbrake. Jaguar has gone straight to R-S treatment for its sport wagon.
Performance specs include the same 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine producing 542 bhp and 502 lb-ft of torque similar to the XFR-S and XKR-S. The car is a rear wheel drive mated to an 8 speed automatic gearbox. This results in the car accelerating from 0-60 in 4.6 seconds reaching top speed of 300 km/h.
The car is set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show.
